Ruben Ruiz has a Bachelorís of Business Management/Accounting. Ruben has worked in the area of non profit accounting since 1996. Ruben Ruiz held several positions from Senior Accountant, Asset Manager and Controller. Ruben Ruiz has also worked with Low Income Housing Tax Credit Projects.† In addition to the management and financial management and reporting, Ruben Ruiz is also a Certified Public Housing Accounting Specialists.


Lori Waterman is the firmís Staff Accountant.† Lori has a Bachelors in Business Management and an Associates in Accounting. Loriís has years of experience in dealing with client accounting and bookkeeping requirements. Loriís experience creates an extension to businessí daily needs that included: maintenance of the clientsí general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll related activities, sales taxes, and other business related functions. Lori also has knowledge in the area of nonprofit accounting, and was a Certified Public Housing Accounting Specialist.† Loriís efforts free up management so they can concentrate on other priorities of the business.


Minoo Motamedi is the firmís Office Manager responsible for maintaining effective communication with our clients and oversees the day to day operation of the firm.
